¼ cup organic popcorn kernels
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
You will also need a brown paper lunch bag
Put the popcorn kernels in a brown paper lunch bag and fold it closed 4-5 times over.
Microwave the bag of kernels on high until the pops are 1 second apart. For me this happens right around the 2 minute mark.
Add the olive oil and salt to the bag.
Reclose the bag and shake for 10 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
