Red Beans and Quinoa

1 15-oz can of red beans (kidney beans)
2 Servings of quinoa
1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions – mine requires simmering for 12 minutes and then letting stand for 5 minutes, but yours might vary.
2. Heat red beans on stovetop as quinoa is simmering.
4. Add desired seasonings and enjoy! I like mine plain – I love the taste of both of these ingredients, so there is no need to mess with it for me!
