Chocolate Fruit Tarts
My Own Creation!
1 package of twelve cupcake holders
1 10-oz package of dairy free chocolate chips
Prepare fruit: Wash the blueberries and strawberries. Cut each strawberry in half. Cut the kiwi and pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces.
Pour the chocolate chips into a small saucepan
Turn the heat on low and continuously stir (with a wisk if you have one) until melted.
When completely melted, pour a little chocolate into each shell.
Push each piece of fruit into the chocolate in a cute pattern.
Cover and chill in fridge for at least three hours.
Serve in the cupcake holders or pop the chocolate tarts out and onto a plate.
