Banana Ice Cream (B)

1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon Water
1. Peel a banana, break it in half and freeze it in a plastic bag. (The best part is that I don’t buy bananas for this purpose – I simply freeze my bananas when they become too ripe to eat – instead of throwing them out!)
2. Blend frozen banana and water until mixed.
